Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Location: Orpington 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Hours: 8.30am-5pm
Contract: Permanent
Start date: ASAP

  • Assist in the development and execution of customer campaigns - online promotions, monthly deals etc.
  • Assist running EDMs and customer communications.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of end user campaigns - product giveaways, lead generation, redemption campaigns etc.
  • Assisting Social Media team with asset compilation
  • Assist in the development and execution of internal updates and communications to sales team.
  • Managing sales team marketing requests.
  • Managing the content creation for all new product related graphics and campaigns - sell sheets, package offers, launch decks.
  • Content development - Marketing related data, blurbs and written descriptions.
  • Creating & editing key account marketing presentations according to style guides
  • Working with the teams in the UK & EU regions on their respective marketing roadmaps
  • Reporting to the team on key marketing activities. Data analysis and report producing (Needs to be proficient with numbers & excel spreadsheets -VLOOKUP etc)
  • Asset database management - consolidate images and collateral into an accessible central portal, respond to requests and product specs as required

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
