Title:   Marketing and Product Data Associate Director

Location: London

We are looking for a Marketing and Product Data Associate Director to play a key role in the production of marketing materials and the measurement of global marketing activity. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams in order to produce fund factsheets and marketing materials on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Thoroughly review factsheets for accuracy and manage process including coordination with client portfolio management teams, compliance and operations
  • Produce reports and analyze data in order to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Ensure deliverables are managed to a high standard and within timelines

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years of work experience preferably at a financial institution. Experience in asset management is a plus
  • Problem solver with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical skill set
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in Chinese is advantageous
  • Ability to develop credibility and build relationships with all internal stakeholders and partners
  • Demonstrate exceptional project/ time management, coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to flag issues at risk
  • Proficient in use of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
