What Will Give You the Edge.

  • Numerate background either academically or in career history
  • Experienced in working with CRM systems to optimise customer journeys by turning campaign results into actionable recommendations through a robust test and learn programme.
  • Experienced in using CRM data to draw insights on customer behaviour and support data-driven decision-making
  • Experienced in communicating data insights through data visualisation and reporting
  • Understanding of using CRM for personalisation and targeting  
  • Knowledge of SQL or Power BI is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  
Your New Role.

As a CRM Journey Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role within the Data & Insight team. Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive customer journey maps across various products and segments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine journeys and communications, driving impactful supporter engagement and retention.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators related to supporter journeys, facilitating effective communication to stakeholders.
  • Leveraging CRM data insights to recommend personalized journeys for different segments, enhancing customer experiences and optimizing outcomes.
