Job Title: Marketing Administrator

Location: Basildon

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description: As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the marketing and sales processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process orders via email or phone promptly and accurately
• Ensure order and invoice data is correct
• Update and maintain the website
• Manage and build their social media
• Reach out to clients for missing details and address inquiries
• Coordinate with Logistics/Distributions for timely deliveries
• Maintain updated sales and customer records
• Share customer feedback internally
• Stay informed about new products
• Collaborate with the Technical Team on sales materials
• Handle sales inquiries online and offline

Requirements:

• Customer service, admin, and marketing experience.
• Familiarity with CRM/MRP software and MS Office 365.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Team player with dedication and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer inquiries
• Experience in a laboratory manufacturing or supply environment is advantageous but not Require
