Market Research & Insights Manager

Our established and award-winning client is currently looking for a Market Research & Insights Manager to join their busy team in Ely. The Role:

The purpose of this role is to utilise AI for marketing research and data. You will be applying tech processes to work smarter and enable further growth for the business.

Day-to-day, you could be…

• Managing the market research function and collaborating with colleagues to discuss business goals and opportunities.
• Track all business performance, lead generation, and knowledge gaps including competitor research and insights.
• Generate ideas for research projects, plans, relationship building, market research, and competitor research.
• Present metrics and research data to colleagues for improvements and insight purposes.  
• Working on multiple projects and delivering within budgets and deadlines.

To be successful, you will have…

• Previous B2B market research and data analytics experience. (Within marketing and not IT).
• The ability to tell a story through data and apply tech processes to work smarter.
• A strategic, hands-on, and innovative mindset.

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire (Occasional office attendance).

This role offers remote/hybrid working and due to the office location, this is commutable from March, Chatteris, Peterborough, Downham Market, Littleport, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Cambridge, St Ives, and Huntingdon.
