Tell me more:

You will be leading a small team of technicians within the OEM department. Ensuring timely turnaround of both Civil and Military Aerospace components in line with companies contractual commitment. You will be responsible for the planning of the teams daily activity.

Working Monday- Friday day shifts paying £36,000pa and great benefits including 25 days holiday plus BH, pensions contribution and more.

What do you need?

  • Aerospace technical knowledge and understanding
  • Team Leading experience
  • Understanding on Lean methodologies
  • Excellent communicator
  • A qualification within engineering
  • Excellent attention to detail
