As a Manufacturing Systems Trainer, you will identify the users in scope for training, understand what they require, create the material, plan and deliver. You will also get the organisation engaged and ready for the change, ensuring that the change is adopted and sustained.

Some of your primary responsibilities in this Manufacturing Systems Trainer role will include:

• Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis TNA
• Design, Create and Deliver role-based user training
• Developing training content, including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
• Evaluating the user's level of knowledge at appropriate levels
• Conducting training impact assessments

We are looking for a Manufacturing Systems Trainer with an understanding and knowledge of business requirements and solution design methodologies. You will also require:

• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to remain positive and focused under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing, building, and maintaining relationships

In return for your dedication, collaboration, and commitment, you'll receive a generous umbrella contract per hour rate of £41.33, joining a welcoming and inclusive culture.
