Manufacturing Sales Executive
The Manufacturing Sales Executive is a pivotal role that reports to the Directors and key stakeholders. The position seeks an experienced Manager with skills and expertise in engineering or manufacturing. The role is primarily office-based in Wiltshire and requires the creation and management of an efficient and effective customer quotation and ordering system. The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of £55k, assistance with travel expenses, enhanced holiday and pension entitlements.
This exciting career opportunity is best suited to a seasoned Sales Executive who can demonstrate proven key account management skills and extensive, global customer service delivery. The Manufacturing Sales Executive is expected to be able to read, understand and assist with engineering drawings, liaising with customers regarding technical queries and specific manufacturing terminology. The role involves meeting with key clients, working in collaboration with production and quality teams, and being involved with material ordering. The successful candidate must be able to provide high-value, complex sales quotes and delivery schedules.
As the Manufacturing Sales Executive, the successful candidate will have an appreciation of general finance and accounts. They will be able to produce prices and quotes, raising purchase orders in line with agreed spend and outlay. The ability to produce detailed reports presenting to the Directors and key stakeholders, whilst ensuring that the customer base receives only the very best service is key to this role.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing and key engineering principles. They should have the knowledge and experience to understand the needs of the business and the client base. The Manufacturing Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while meeting the company's objectives.
