Our Professional Services division is currently seeking a talented Manufacturing Talent Agent to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to identify and develop new business opportunities across the M5 corridor, from Bristol to Birmingham.

As our Manufacturing Talent Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing a diverse range of vacancies for candidates seeking contract and permanent employment. To excel in this role, you must have the necessary skills and knowledge across the Manufacturing sectors, combining proven business development and candidate marketing experience and expertise.

At our Professional Services Division, we only attract experienced and successful consultants who want to develop their career further. You will have the opportunity to create your own success and develop your own business strategy while working with like-minded recruitment professionals who believe in tried and tested recruitment methods that will return an unrivaled bonus scheme.

We are looking for someone who appreciates the importance of gaining trust with both candidate and client, looking to match professionally and effectively, while providing consultative advice to clients and candidates regarding recruitment options.
