Manufacturing Operative
Hertfordshire

  • Full time (rotating 12-hour shifts, 42 per week on average)

The Role

Thanks to our innovative products and great team - we are proud that the business is continuing to grow, we now have an opportunity for Manufacturing Operative (Inplant Technician) to join our professional customer team based in Ledbury. This role provides a real opportunity to directly affect the performance of our business at this in-plant site.

This is a key customer-facing role and we are therefore looking for someone with a passion for service. If you are looking to enhance your knowledge from a customer perspective and would like to form part of this exciting In-Plant operation then this could be the opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Commitment to working safely
  • Ink department operations including printing ink manufacture
  • Colour matching and quality control
  • Printing press support
  • Stock replenishment
  • Housekeeping

About you

  • Qualifications / Experience Critical for the job Holder:
  • GCSE Level 4 (C) or above in Maths or an NVQ in a manufacturing skill
  • No previous experience necessary as full training will be given
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised
  • Manage and prioritise workloads
  • Good colour vision essential
