We are supporting a well-established green technologies business as they seek to recruit this pivotal role to their site management team. As Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee a team of 8 staff encompassing all elements of production management. The company has an established electro-mechanical product portfolio and is always innovating to deliver next generation and novel products to their sector. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee all operational elements of manufacturing and be a key member of the SMT, contributing and delivering on the business’ strategic vision.

Core duties include:
  • Overseeing all people and resource management for the department
  • Responsibility for the on time delivery and manufacture of product to specification
  • Managing purchasing to ensure delivery of parts and stock
  • Lead on material control and long term planning for manufacture
  • Work to resolve technical issues and deliver product improvements
  • Management of Product Support and Repairs department
  • Ensure adherence to quality systems
