Manual Machining Instructor - Engineering

A client of mine are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Manual Machining Instructor to share their knowledge and expertise, at their well-established Private Training Company located in Hampshire. They have been operating for over 40 years specializing in providing high-quality, engineering apprenticeship programs.

They are ideally looking for somebody to start on a full-time basis to start ASAP. There is the option of a hybrid position with all non-teaching days working from home.

• Teach and mentor level 2-3 apprentices in Manual Machining
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, both theoretical and practical
• Assess and provide feedback on student progress
• Provide support and guidance to apprentices throughout their training journey
• Assess and evaluate student work to ensure they meet the required standards
• Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance the apprenticeship program

• Hold a relevant qualification, or have served a full apprenticeship in a relevant field
• Have substantial industry experience in manual machining
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering and manual machining
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
