The Skills You'll Need: Fluent Mandarin and English, Relationship Management experience in FI or NBFI business

Your New Salary: £70-90k depending on experience

Job Status: Permanent. Hybrid working with 4 days in the office

Working hours: 9- 5 with flexibility when necessary.

FI Relationship Manager, Mandarin speaker - What You'll be Doing:

Client Management:

• Establish core FI customer business circle by identifying strategic FI customers with presence in London market, such as Banks, NBFI, brokers, asset managers, insurance companies, etc.
• Strengthen cooperation with existing customers and expanding customer list through active product introduction, asset placement, and financial market transactions.
• Revenue generation to meet FI team’s business targets, mainly through Bilateral loan, Fund Finance, Trade Finance, syndicated loan and FX opportunities in FI market.

Performance Management:

• Proactively carry out customer development and marketing, complete weekly call reports accordingly.
• Build up professional relationship with relevant departments of London Branch, Head Office, Overseas branches, Domestic branches and other international platforms. .
• Prepare credit proposal based on FI clients’ credit facility requirement, including financial analysis, risk analysis and mitigation, industry analysis, etc; complete periodic post-loan reviews.
• Managing KYC and AML process for FI counterparties and Clients, including on-boarding and reviews.
• Proficient in operating various business systems and ensure accurate earmark of financial institution limits.

Others:

• Work with other departments to maintain and enhance network management/infrastructure provision from provider banks.
• Continue to support branch projects/new product development across departments.
• Support system and product development that enhance productivity of FI Department.
• Help to enhance FI processes and policies for FI Department to work efficiently and effectively.
• Dully understand and be compliance with London Branch’s internal requirements.

FI Relationship Manager, Mandarin speaker - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Degree Holder (minimum);
• Relationship Management experience in FI or NBFI business;
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin;
• Demonstrable experience in growing FI business in recent UK market;
• Highly developed communication skills with the ability to work cohesively with all levels both internally and externally.
• Good at financial analysis and Risk Identification;
• Proactive and efficient in work.
