This is an opportunity for either an experienced Manager or for an aspiring and eager ManagingConsultant wanting to accelerate their development in management. Business Support is one of Hays most vital and high-profile specialisms, and any management role in this specialism is prestigious and core to the success of the wider business. Our Business Support team at our Victoria, London office (soon to be relocating to brand new office in London City) are a public sector facing recruitment team who have enjoyed a lot of success. They are a huge contributor to the fees of the London North & Ebury Region, with plenty of scope for further development of both perm and temp fee lines. We are seeking a passionate and ambitious individual to lead the team and drive forward a strategy for growth for the next financial year. Working with a team with levels of experience ranging from Senior Business Manager to Associate, this is an exciting time for someone to come in and make a real impact from day one.

Your new role

You will oversee the running of a team of 5 and it will require a hands-on approach to effectively coach associates and experienced consultants to become successful billers, as well as pro-actively contribute to build a high-performance team and culture. Alongside management you will run a temporary desk specialising in Business Support and Personal & Executive Assistant recruitment across the public sector. You will be expected to lead from the front with your billing, enhancing existing relationships whilst winning new business to maximise revenue on your desk.

You will have a proven track record in business development and recruitment. You will be a highly driven, ambitious and inspiring individual who can drive success in those around you. You will be passionate about achieving team and individualgoals; supportive in the development of others; and enjoy working as part of a growing team. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with your consultants, directors, candidates and clients alike as this will be vital to your own success and the success of the business.
