Managing Quantity Surveyor

Position Sought: Managing QS

My client who is a repeatable tier 1 contract within the UK and international market, is looking for a competent Managing QS to help manage the commercial aspects of two multi-million pound railway frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for closing out a multi-million pound station upgrade whilst also working on the ECI of two new projects which consist of a station upgrade and a bridge replacement.

The role will be a 6-12 month contract with the opportunity for further extension or potentially a permanent position.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 7 years experience within a Quantity Surveying role.
• Have previously or currently been in a Senior or Managing QS role.
• Experience working with NEC forms of contract.
• Experience working on railway or infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
