The Director of a talented and professional Quantity Surveying team in Southampton, is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor with good people skills.

The Managing Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 15+ Quantity Surveyors on the South Coast who work across a unique mix of projects from high education, local authority, costal defence, and commercial schemes.

The new Managing Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the senior management team in mentoring and managing the QS team, as well as portfolios of work for key clients.

The Managing Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS, or working towards
  • 8+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS environment
  • A successful track record of delivering projects
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Any Employers Agent experience would be fantastic
  • Good management experience
