Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Lead

Location: Maidstone

Contract: Full time, permanent (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to £85,000 + package

Key Responsibilities

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing the commercial resources and project teams on the assigned project, using your commercial expertise and wealth of knowledge you will maximise the cashflow and margin as well as assessing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.

What do we need from you?

Previous experience working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £20m. We will also need you to be educated to degree level, or equivalent experience, have proven experience in a similar role and be an excellent communicator.
