Key Responsibilities of the Managing Director:

  • Proactively identify new opportunities for innovative products and market gaps, aligning with client needs and market demands.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team located in our office.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the product line and collaborate closely with the manufacturing division to drive product development.
  • Drive profitability, expand the dealer network, and accelerate new product development initiatives.
  • Manage P&L budgets, balance sheets, Return on Capital Employed, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with organisational goals and values.

Requirements as the Managing Director:

  • Proven track record of leadership excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving business objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving commercial success.
  • Background in engineering preferred but not essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make decisive decisions.
  • Previous experience in the construction equipment sector, ideally in senior management roles within sales / operations

To be considered for this Managing Director role previous experience would be desirable in the construction equipment sector in positions such as sales, operations manager, COO, operations director, dealership sales, managing director, sales director and other senior management positions.
