We’re seeking talented Transaction Services Professionals (Manager to Associate Director Level) to join our client who are the leading global professional services firm in the UK. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to help shape the future of financial due diligence. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is looking to further their career in deal advisory.

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the business and its clients.
  • Lead engagements from start to finish, with support from the directors, liaising with the client and target as appropriate.
  • Write detailed, high quality, reports highlighting key risks pertaining to a transaction.
  • Analyse and present insightful analysis of a businesses financial performance including it’s key value drivers and trends.
  • Manipulate large data sets to provide compelling, value add outputs.
  • Effectively communicate insights, requirements and timelines both internally and externally.
  • Be responsible for managing junior members of staff and ensuring they are developing consistently. This includes holding key roles in practice development through coaching and mentoring.

          Requirements

  • Possession of a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICAS, CPA or an equivalent accreditation.
  • Display high levels of accuracy, understanding and diligence.
  • Have extensive experience in financial due diligence.
  • We welcome applications from diverse advisory and accounting firms.
  • Skills with analytics tools such as Power Bi, Tableau and Alteryx.
