The firm was established circa 25 years ago and has experienced impressive growth over that time. Their current turnover is £1.75m and they continue to grow, currently with 3 partners, a team of 26 and a strong reputation in the local market. Most of their clients are in Towcester, Silverstone and Northamptonshire, but they also have clients further afield. That's because, even before covid, they had embraced technology so were able to work beyond just the local vicinity. They look after a whole breadth of clients from one man bands to multi-million pound companies with subsidiaries in places like China and Australia, and a mixture of sole traders, limited companies and audit clients.

The partners have young families, as do many of their employees, so the culture of the firm reflects this and they are very supportive and flexible, ensuring their people have the right work life balance. As long as clients are looked after and your work is done, you can work how you need, to flex around your other commitments. Hybrid working is generally a 50/50 split but some people prefer to work at home more than this and that's fine, whatever works for the individual. They are a decent size firm with exciting plans to continue growing but there isn't the expectation for people to work beyond their core hours either. If people ever do on the rare occasion work a bit more at busier times, then they offer TOIL or overtime to compensate.
