Our Client is an East London Day Centre in East London, seeking a very dedicated Manager with QCF Level 5, equivalent or above in Health and Social Care, and a management qualification including Management experience, to support adults with a range of complex conditions, including ASD and Learning Disabilities.

Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and supportive environment for people with learning disabilities and autism.

Your tasks will include:

  • Working closely with the service manager to improve the Day Opportunities Model .
  • Leading the way in achieving accreditation from organisations like the National Autistic Society.
  • Making sure services are always adapting to meet the changing needs of the community, with input from service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Handling any complex complaints from service users and their families with care and efficiency.
  • Being responsible for meeting service outcomes and staff development targets.
  • Supporting the service manager in setting the direction for the service and maintaining our quality standards.
  • Building partnerships with local organisations, like health providers and social enterprises, to create even more opportunities for the community.
  • Ensuring that we meet all legal requirements, including health and safety regulations and licensing.
