Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Management Reporting in day to day activities
  • Management of outsourced resource and UK team members
  • Using Oracle Business Intelligence, extract real time data and create Business level reports using global hierarchy; Assist in producing monthly management information for Executive Committee, Head of Departments and other stakeholders;
  • Be pro-active in process development /improvement on an ongoing basis leveraging off the Oracle platforms;
  • Assist in managing the annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Role Description

  • Learn and understand the logic of various systems and processes to be able to troubleshoot problems that may arise;
  • Monthly reporting of results.
  • Deferred Bonus accounting
  • Manage Finance>Business relationships of individual team members
  • Maintain monthly responsibilities task list and ensure adequate coverage across team.

Dual Hat Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the Dual Hat Policies & Procedures which set out the permitted activities and ensure you conduct yourself accordingly, when acting in a dual hat capacity
  • Responsibility for identifying and resolving where there may be a difference or conflict in needs

Dual Hat Authority

  • Adhere to the Group's Dual Hat Policies & Procedures, regulatory and compliance obligations and any other applicable policies made available to you, and as updated from time to time

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Good team player with ability to work on own initiative;
  • Dealing with direct reports
  • Investment banking experience
  • Management Reporting background
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc.)
