Management Development Partner
I am seeking a proactive and experienced Leadership and Management Development Partner to join a dynamic Organisational Development team. As an integral member, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of managers and colleagues across our organisation.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing programs and initiatives aimed at developing talent and leadership capabilities.
Leadership and Management Development Partner Key Responsibilities
- Conducting Training Needs Assessments to identify skill gaps and developmental needs.
- Designing and creating tailored training programs covering leadership development, team building, change management, and strategic planning.
- Delivering training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions.
- Providing one-on-one coaching or mentorship to support career development and leadership skills improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, senior management, and department heads to align management development programs with organisational goals.
Leadership and Management Development Partner Experience Required
- Experience in a Management/Leadership Development Training role within a commercial environment.
- L&D, OD, or CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in influencing at senior levels and driving new development initiatives.
- Strong delivery and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior managers.
- Ability to manage resistance to change and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
