Greycoat Lumley's client is seeking an Estate Management Couple for their 3 Exclusive Use Lochside Estates in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work in a stunning location surrounded by prime walking paths, the Loch and beautiful scenery - it really is a dream.

The family-owned business has all year-round rentals and are seeking an experienced and dynamic Couple or one person, to take over full control and the running of the luxurious properties and business. This role will suit candidates with a strong Private Estate, Hospitality or Yacht background.

There will be regular communicate with Property Owner including a report on monthly performance, guest feedback and any necessary improvements.

Key Duties:

  • Management of all staffing and suppliers (Housekeepers, Maintenance, Gardeners, Chefs, Marketing, Bookings etc.)
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and cleanliness and providing guest satisfaction
  • Meet guests, show them the property and ensure their requirements are met and they enjoy their stay
  • Identify maintenance requirements, plan and implement tasks for staff or contractors - hands on experience of buildings or property development would be an advantage
  • Understand the grounds within each property and develop plans to alter and develop existing and new walks and pathways and areas of interest to allow guests to explore
  • Visit properties before guest arrival to ensure standards are high and check after guests depart that there are no damages or missing inventory
  • Provide exceptional guest services and be attentive of their needs prior to arrival. Tailor a package to meet each guests requirements i.e. airport transfers, tours, experiences, private chefs, fully catered needs, entertainment, weddings
  • Check and control all assets and equipment within the properties and grounds
  • Ensure all relevant Legislation is kept up to date- Licences, EPC, Fire Risk assessment, water quality assessment, hot tub risk assessment, electrical test conformity, etc.
  • Be aware of the type of property currently offered and actively research new opportunities for investment by the owners
  • Be prepared to oversee any new investment modernization and upgrades prior to going live

Financial Management

  • Budget management and financial control of existing operational expenditure
  • Cash accounting control and vat reporting monthly
  • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising on service quality
  • Receive and check all contractor or supplier invoices and pay all bills swiftly

IT Skills - MS Office and Communication Apps.

Accommodation

An outstanding 2 bedroomed modernized cottage, located on the banks of the Loch and 280 metres from beaches. Lots of windows overlooking the stunning scenery.

Salary:

£60,000 to £70,000
