Licence/Certification: D32/D33 or A1 License (Required)

Experience:

  • Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Coaching: 2 years (Preferred)

Here's some of the great things you'll get to do:

  • Coaching and support your learners throughout their programme (inc EPA)
  • Providing Functional Skills support to your learners where needed
  • Observing learners (virtually) to help gather high quality evidence
  • Supporting IQA activities as required
  • Completing peer to peer moderation and observation
  • Monitoring your learners attendance and OTJ hours
  • Carrying out remote learner sessions and reviews
  • Maintaining documentation on learners’ progress and ensuring audit compliance
