Are you a talented Management Accountant looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Our client, a leading organisation in Newbury, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Management Accountant. As part of their wider group, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to projects that are shaping the future.

You will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate management information to support informed decision-making. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will involve a range of responsibilities including completing monthly management accounts, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring project compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of an organisation at the forefront of the industry.

What we're looking for:

  • CIMA or ACCA fully qualified or finalist.
  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong systems capability, particularly with Excel.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong administration skills.
  • Able to work autonomously.

Salary: £50K to £60K

Office based with ½ day Fridays (the business closes at lunchtime on Fridays)
