Management Accountant
Trinity House Group are working very closely with a multi award-winning services brand leader within the Midlands area. This high growth, PE Backed client are looking for a Management Accountant who is proactive and ambitious with their career progression. This role will see you working closely with operational colleagues to produce month-end accounts and regular forecasts. You will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager to deliver accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to drive key decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the production of timely and reliable management information.
- Producing accurate and robust management accounts and ensure regular and accurate billing.
- Supporting with the production of the annual budget and regular forecasting process, including budget development with operational managers.
- Monitoring budgets and forecasts against actuals, investigating any differences and providing analysis.
- Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and manage aged debt and accrued income.
- Building positive relationships with operational colleagues and act as an effective business partner to resolve issues.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience preparing full Management Accounts including budgeting and forecasting is essential.
- Part qualified or finalist and actively studying ACCA/CIMA.
- Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Deadline-driven with the ability to manage a demanding workload and drive results.
Salary and Package:
- £45,000 - £50,000
