Location: Solihull
Contract: Temporary, 2-3 months
Working Hours: 5 days on-site, 37 hours per week
Day Rate: £146 - £161 per day - (all-inclusive), depending on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Management Accountant to join our client's team in Solihull. In this role, you will be responsible for producing timely management accounts, payroll reconciliation, nominal analysis, and maintaining a strong understanding of debits and credits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing timely and accurate management accounts
• Reconciliation of payroll and employee benefits
• Nominal analysis and ledger maintenance
• Strong understanding of debits and credits
• Budget preparation and variance analysis
• Cash flow forecasting and management
• Financial modeling and scenario planning
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Conducting financial analysis to support business decisions
• Providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborating with other departments on financial matters
• Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
• Strong understanding of financial principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
