We are seeking a dedicated Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial support across our not-for-profit organisation.

Description

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Assisting with year-end audits and financial reporting.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Preparation of VAT returns and dealing with tax-related issues.
  • Contributing to the development of accounting policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • PQ/Finalist or QBE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

  • An hourly salary ranging from £20.70 to £23.30inc holiday pay.
  • A supportive work environment fostering professional growth.
  • The opportunity to work in the scenic location of Tonbridge.
  • Office based 5 days PW.
