We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team, offering strategic financial advice, and contributing to the financial planning of the organisation.

Description

  • Manage the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide financial advice to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems.
  • Lead financial audit processes and liaise with auditors.
  • Guide the Accounting & Finance team in their tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Contribute to the financial planning and strategy of the organisation.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field.
  • Working towards professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to strategise and solve problems.
