Meridian Business Support are working with the local authority, they require a highly experienced Senior Capital Accountant to work in their offices in Birkenhead, Merseyside. 
Senior Capital Accountant - £43.42 per hour 
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm
Location: Birkenhead, Merseyside
Start date: 29th April 2024 (6 month contract) possible extension

This role is a mixture of office based and hybrid work for the perfect candidate (Capital Accountant).
Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Capital Accountant will be responsible for the accurate management and reporting of the local authority's capital expenditure, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • The role will support the effective use of resources and provide advice to budget holders and senior management.
The ideal candidate will be available from 9th April - through to September 2024
