We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to assist the Head of Finance and supervise the Accounts Assistants. Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for financial optimization
• Implement and monitor monthly KPIs to gauge performance
• Produce comprehensive Management Accounts for strategic decision-making
• Lead and mentor a proficient team of Accounts Assistants
• Ensure precision in Financial Reporting processes
• Collaborate seamlessly with external auditors to facilitate the audit process
• Provide crucial support to the Head of Finance in strategic financial initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• A clear communicator, able to talk to people of all levels
• Proven experience in a similar role
• In-depth understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ideally part-qualified CIMA, ACCA
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
