Management Accountant

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Management Accountant, for a permanent opportunity within a £30mil turnover business. The role includes the full spectrum including balance sheet reconciliation to budget setting within a fast-moving organisation.

THE ROLE

The role will also focus on the consolidation and analysis of variances to aid a busy management team alongside the board of directors, producing the monthly management and management information, whilst providing accurate and relevant financial information to aid decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, forecasts, and cash flow forecast 
• Balance sheet reconciliations and a thorough understanding of the statement of comprehensive income
• Budget setting, monitoring, and reporting with key stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement of operational finance systems and processes
• Support in the production of year-end accounts.
• Leading on Business Partnering activity to key stakeholders
• Financial input and support for any projects

THE PERSON

• Qualified Accountant - ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
• Minimum 2 Years Post Qualification experience
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Stakeholder management
• Able to work to regular month end deadlines.
• Able drive improvements and exceed on delivery.
• High level Excel user
