Are you an experienced Management Accountant with a talent for refining financial processes and ensuring accuracy? Do you have a strong accounting background? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!

Our client, a rapidly expanding business within the industry, is seeking a Management Accountant to join their team in Bourne. With recent acquisitions and the centralisation of their finance team, this role presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and ambitious company striving for extraordinary growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed management accounts and insightful cash flow forecasts
  • Oversee treasury functions and assist with year-end reporting
  • Conduct meticulous reconciliations and valuations of stock
  • Manage VAT compliance and contribute to budgeting processes
  • Drive enhancements in processes and controls to optimize efficiency
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar management accounting role
  • Strong background in accounting, preferably within manufacturing or related sectors
  • Proficiency in compiling comprehensive management accounts and cash flow forecasts
  • Familiarity with year-end procedures and interaction with HMRC
  • Analytical mindset with effective communication skills
