I've worked with this business on an exclusive basis for the last year, and having placed their Financial Controller 6 months ago, they are now looking for a talented Management Account to join the team, and further enhance the business.

Speaking candidly with the FC and CFO at their offices, they admit, finance could be improved. For example, month-end could be cut down and processes in general could be slicker. The FC, who you will report into, is just phenomenal. The changes she has implemented over the last 6 months have already overhauled so many out-dated procedures, and how she's in a position to bring in her hand person, someone as her No.2 who will get behind the modernisation project and support the rest of the finance team in learning the new formats.

They need a dynamic, ambitious Management Accountant, someone genuinely excited by the prospect of producing the MAs for a £160million entity, whilst having a hands-on role in implementing new efficiencies, ways of working and deadlines.
