Management Accountant

Location: Ashby-De-La-Zouch

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified Management Accountant to progress their career with a UK group company. You will be working as part of an established and busy team assisting with the delivery of accurate and timely financial information.

Your role:

• Produce monthly management accounts
• Assist in preparing quarterly reforecasts and annual budgets
• Produce weekly sales profit and cashflow forecasts
• Ensure all reconciliations are carried out monthly and internal controls are maintained in line with group internal audit requirements
• Assist in preparing margin analysis on an ongoing basis
• Assist with reconciliation of stock and maintain assets

Your background:

• Experience in a similar Management Accountant role is key
• You should be recently qualified or studying ACCA or CIMA
• Have experience in working in a busy finance department and show willingness to learn new skills
• Possess strong Excel skills
• You should be result focused, able to resolve problems, and be able to build relationships at varied levels
