Up to £55,000 plus car allowance (worth between £6,000 and £7,700) + 10% bonus
Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

SF Recruitment are pleased to be working in exclusive partnership with a leading LSE Listed, high growth organisation based in Derbyshire in their Transport & Logistics division.

My client are the dominant player within their industry and looking to recruit a qualified Management Accountant to join their established and talented team. The role will report directly to the Senior Management Accountant with a dotted line to the Financial Controller to provide financial & business support to one of the key business units within the wider organisation.

Key duties will include

• Provide support to the Senior Management Accountant on financial information and KPI data
• Work closely and liaise with business contacts to ensure they understand the financial information relevant to them
• Cost analysis by site, ensuring costs are coded correctly
• Oversee the self billing process including identification of improvement opportunities
• Accounting data analysis as required
• To prepare balance sheet reconciliations as required and ensure reconciling items are understood, actioned and resolved quickly
• Entry of month end journals for reporting
• Provide support for business queries

About you

You will be:

• A fully qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) accountant
• Ideally from logistics background would be an advantage
• A self starter and able to hit the ground running
• Strong communication/business partnering skills
• Good relationship management skills, including credible delivery and influencing skills

• Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
