Position: Management Accountant
Location: Faversham/Hybrid 

Overview:

Join our cleitns dynamic Accounts team as a Management Accountant. You'll be instrumental in creating monthly management accounts and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting functions. This position offers a blend of remote and in-office work, designed to support both productivity and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate monthly management accounts and support financial reporting needs.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts.
  • Assist in budgeting, reforecasting, and the annual audit process.
  • Contribute to statutory and internal reporting, maintaining compliance and supporting decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller and Accounts Supervisors to enhance financial procedures and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for those qualified or with equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Nav (beneficial but not mandatory) and advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
