Management Accountant

Accountable Recruitment are currently supporting a manufacturing company based on the Wirral as they search for a Management Accountant to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate production of Monthly management accounts for their division and an integral member of the team.

This role is ideal for somebody wanting to qualify in a role with plenty of exposure or experienced and keen to get stuck in.

Wirral based office

Early finish on a Friday

Up to £42,000

Key Duties

• Production of monthly management accounts for your division including all month end processes
• P+L Analysis
• Stock accounting
• Management of Fixed Asset register
• Monthly travel to another site to partner and liaise with Budget Holders
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting junior team members where necessary
• Helping to produce management reports to provide insightful analysis

Skills required:

• Work experience within a similar finance role is essential
• Studying ACCA/CIMA / QBE
• Manufacturing / Stock experience would be ideal
• Strong Excel skills are essential
