Our client, a fantastic organisation with a stellar reputation for progression and reward, is looking for a talented Management Accountant to join its ranks. The role sits within Site Finance and will be a key business partner to on-site stakeholders, so prospective candidates must have prior experience working in the Manufacturing sector.
Main duties include:
* Control, analysis and communication of site overheads in collaboration with the Finance Manager
* Stock checks and yield queries
* Preparing reporting cycle (KPIs, performance reports)
* Balance sheet control
* Reporting timely and accurate info to site team
* Month end budget holder overhead reviews
* Preparing site budgets and forecasts
* Preparing monthly volume forecasting and labour forecasting
* Reviewing and challenging costings
* Providing ad-hoc analysis, modelling and project support as required
Key skills & experience required:
* Proven track record working within a manufacturing environment
* Strong excel skills and confident with systems
* Demonstrable management accounting experience
* Confident business partner, capable of building professional relationships with a range of stakeholders
* Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem solving
* Strong analysis skills
