37.5 hours Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant for a well established yet growing brand within financial services.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the role of the Management Account is to maintain timely and accurate records for our client portfolio, assist the Finance Director with the production of the company board packs and manage a small finance team.

As Management Accountant you will be accountable for a number of financial activities including:

• Preparing income statements, balance sheets and other financial documents for our clients (5 clients)
• Assisting in the monthly board pack production
• Supervising the internal accounting team
• Overseeing other aspects of financial operations such as bookkeeping and team HR matters
• Supporting with banking activities including managing bank statements, loading supplier information and making payments
• Assisting with costs analysis
• Dealing with external auditors and funders
• Overseeing the day to day functions of the finance department
• Helping to development a finance team leader
• Ensuring that all customer accounts remain up to date and will liaise with key stakeholders across the business including the Collections Department providing them with up to date and accurate records to work with
• Managing a small team that consists of: Payout Processor, 3x Finance Assistant and a Bookkeeper
