Management Accountant

Job Role; Management Accountant - Qualified by Experience or Part Qualified AAT / CIMA / ACCA

With our Client based on the edge of Rochdale we are looking to appoint a Management Accountant - who is either Qualified by Experience or commenced AAT / CIMA or ACCA studies.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT;

• Basic Salary of c £40,000 - £45,000
• Hybrid working

THE ROLE OF THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT;

Reports to the Finance Director and will work to assist with the production of Company Board Packs - assist with the Management of a team of 5 people.

The role of the Management Accountant will include;

• preparation of Board Packs
• working with External Auditors and Funders
• overseeing Daily Finance activities
• end to end Bookkeeping - including Income Statements / Balance Sheets and a range of Reconciliations
• working across Banking processes including Bank Statements and Payments

You will also work Internally and Externally with a range of Stakeholders - including Collections.

The role of the Management Accountant is for a hands on and energetic character - we are looking for a Leader who can motivate but who can also work to their own deadlines / priorities etc.
