Management Accountant

Fin Search are recruiting a Management Accountant on a permanent basis for a market leading organisation based in Leeds. This is a newly created role due to continued growth of the business.

As a Management Accountant, this role will be responsible for managing a small team of studiers whilst ensuring the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts to include budgets, customer tenders and reporting.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, production of detailed variance analysis, budgeting and cost control, cost centre reporting, new business forecasts, budgets and tenders, KPI reporting and driving process improvements and efficiencies where relevant.

The role will be responsible for developing and managing a small team to include training and workload management.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Have worked in a management accountant role within industry previously
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong stakeholder management skills

£55,000 - £60,000 + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + free on site parking + pension scheme + clear developmental and progression opportunities
