Description

• Ensure the payroll related number in P&L are recorded correctly along with payroll control account in BS Rec.
• Manage Account Receivable Rec and monitor the expecting cash inflow.
• Manage the Account Rec for month end.
• Month End closing for adjustment of Revenue and Accrual
• Supporting all the year end audit relation to AR and accrued revenue accounts.
• Support management in the accurate production of budgets/forecast relating to the GP level (Revenue and direct cost)
• Support management to identify the risk area from control perspective and propose the solution.
• A system super user for billing and timesheet.

Profile

• Be part qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience.
• Have experience in working towards year end.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight month end deadlines.
• Have knowledge of back-office systems
• Have the ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives.
• Can think logically, consider all relevant aspects and carry out basic analysis on information.
• Must have project migration experience
• May be working towards an accountancy degree
