Management Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to assist in leading an established team. If you have an eye for detail, can work to and achieve key milestones, and can maintain strong business partnerships, this is for you.

You will be working as part of an established and busy team assisting with the delivery of accurate and timely financial information, whilst aiding into the development of a proactive culture and robust governance and control environment.

Your role:

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliation
• Support with cashflow review and reporting
• Produce reforecasts and support production of annual budgets
• Complete VAT returns
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• Develop and implement systems and controls in support of assuring effective financial and management controls

Your background:

• Experience as a Management Accountant is key
• Part or Newly Qualified - CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
• Proven experience carrying out similar duties is essential
• Understanding of current UK HMRC financial regulations
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Able to work to tight deadlines and to communicate effectively at all levels
• Confident communication skills to build and maintain strong business partnerships

Your rewards:

• £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications
