Management Accountant

Robert Half Financial Services has partnered with an international SME real estate private equity firm, based in London's west end to hire a Management Accountant. The Management Accountant will have ownership of a number of deals where they will be the finance lead responsible for meeting internal and external deadlines. The Management Accountant will facilitate the completion of all management accounts for all the deals in their responsibility; they will also build relationships with internal teams such as asset managers as well as key external relationships including JV partners and investors.

The Person

The successful Management Accountant for this west end based real estate private equity firm will be ACA or ACCA qualified with up to two years of post qualification experience. The Management Accountant will have strong real estate experience (investment or developer/house builder) either from auditing firms in this industry or coming from industry themselves.

Salary & Benefits

The Management Accountant for this real estate focused private equity firm based in central London will receive a salary of £60,000-£70,000 (highly dependent on experience) plus a competitive bonus and benefits package.
