Management Accountant

Blair West are supporting a high growth organisation with their search for a Management Accountant.

• Assist with the preparation of the management accounting process, assist with implementing robust controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Forge strong relationships with department heads, serving as a trusted advisor in driving business performance through financial insights and analysis.
• Ensure the creation and upkeep of timely and precise financial statements and reports to facilitate informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

• Are newly qualified or currently studying (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience working in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
