Management Accountant
Location: Bedfordshire, UK
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

The Role: As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will also play a key role in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
* Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasts.
* Analyse financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures.
* Provide strategic analysis and advice to management.
* Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
* Develop systems to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* Studying ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
