Management Accountant

Due to continued growth we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who strives for perfection to join our super friendly team based in Holcombe Brook, Bury.

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients ensuring that their Management Accounting needs are met. Main duties being, but not limited to:

• Producing management accounts specific to client requirements
• Reconciling all balance sheet accounts
• Analysing gross profitability by project, product, or revenue stream, relevant to each client
• VAT returns
• Forecasting Work
• Cashflow Work
• Supporting Bookkeepers

You will have a proven track record in a similar position with a relevant qualification. Plus, you will require excellent communication skills, ability and confidence to meet with clients on site.

You will be based at the client premises 50% of the time and hence travel around the North West on a regular basis will be required.

Hours of work are flexible around Mon-Fri 9.00 - 17.00.

Person required:

• At least 5 years’ experience preparing management accounts
• A friendly, grounded, and trustworthy individual
• Sage 50 and Xero experience is essential
• Fully competent with outlook & excel
• Experience of working within an accountancy practice will be advantageous
