Management Accountant

As the Management Accountant you will be working alongside our award-winning client within the Finance team this role will be responsible for preparing the management accounts for the group whilst supporting the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams.

The key responsibilities of the role:

• Prepare of management accounts, including preparing Income Statements, Balance Sheet, cashflows and other financial documents for analysis in accordance with FRS102
• Manage the consolidation process
• Respect all deadline including the month end / year end close deadlines
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, preparing month end
• Preparing accruals and prepayments.
• Maintain Fixed Asset registers
• Coordinate and maintain Inter-company cross charges and transactions
• Overseeing the reconciliation of bank and HIF accounts prepared by AR and AP teams
• Oversee the reconciliation of the Ledgers.
• Maintain and analyse financial data for multiple entities.

Skills

• Must have a recognised accounts qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Advance excel knowledge
• Organised, methodical and analytical
• Enthusiastic, collaborative and a team player
• Working to tight deadlines
• Able to communicate at all levels
• SAP Business One experience would be an advantage
